A solo practitioner with years of knowledge to share.
Core Walking teaches people how to walk and stand so they can get relief from pain. Its founder has run the business on his own since 2016, with courses, coaching and a large library of blog posts.
It was never failing, but it was an up-and-down journey with a lot of technical weight on one person. We first met when he booked a small website task on Fiverr, and the work grew from there.

CHALLENGE
A site too big to control, and customers who couldn't get in.
The site was massive and unwieldy: too many videos, too many errors, photos that weren't optimized, and nothing that looked terribly professional. Worse, people who bought his products often had trouble getting access.
He was making sales, but customers weren't being looked after. And because he ran the ads, the tech and the support himself, every problem landed on him.

OUR APPROACH
We started with the biggest pain: a full redesign of the site, then new landing pages and funnels that told his story properly. After that we built the systems behind them: automations, payment gateways, email marketing and a smoother support process.
More recently we migrated him from an older membership platform to a new one, and launched fresh lead campaigns that feed his new high-ticket program. When something goes wrong, he can reach us straight away.

In his words, he went from under five figures a month to a good five figures a month. Recent campaigns brought in 720 leads in 30 days at about a dollar a lead, and a single high-ticket sale on roughly $700 to $800 of spend pays for the campaign. Customer service now runs so smoothly that, as he puts it, you don't notice it.
