Order Cancellations


Orders may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed.


If the order has already been processed, cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, you can request a return (refer to our Refunds section).


Subscription Cancellations


Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by contacting our customer support team at info@clientacquisition.net. If a subscription is canceled before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming period. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current subscription cycle.


3. Refunds


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

For incomplete projects, clients may be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work completed. Refunds will be prorated, deducting the costs of completed milestones or deliverables.

Refunds are not provided for ad spend or management fees once campaigns have been launched.

Refunds are not available for digital files, designs, or content once they have been shared with the client.

Non-Refundable Services:


Completed projects or services.

Ad spend on paid campaigns and associated management fees.

Custom AI or automation solutions after delivery.


Process for Refunds

Submit a refund request via info@clientacquisition.net with your order details.


Provide any required documentation (e.g., proof of purchase, photos of damaged products).


Refunds will be processed within 20-30 business days after approval depending on the payment gateway used.


Refund Methods


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
